“This hotel was the absolute worst! The room was old and dirty. The elevator had a racial slur carved into the door. The staff was not very responsive. The beds were horrible. I would not stay there for free. I wish I could get my money back. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The breakfast was very lacking. For example the yougart was past the expiration, but since they froze it, they put it out to serve the guests. This was the worst experience that I have ever had”

“The surfaces in our room were sticky. The bathroom looked like it had been caulked and spackled to death. The floors felt dirty. We had 3 pillows on a king sized bed for the two of us. My husband went downstairs to get an extra pillow and blanket for me. They said they didn't have an extra blanket. My family members told me after our stay that the Drury Inn was the only decent hotel left in the area. That' where we will stay next time. ”

“The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze ”

“Very clean and pleasant; close to the Cahokia Mounds Historic Site and St. Louis isn't too far, either... and get this: at 5:30 in the evening they have a Happy Hour, which they call Kickback, with free food and drinks. Read that sentence again! After a long drive (over 400 miles for us), it was nice to relax and not even have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was also gratis, and very good, as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Drury Inn and Suites!”
