Almost perfection!

Honestly, this place has everything except the view. There’s a lot of trees around, very private. Place was immaculate. So many decks and bedrooms for our group of 7. It was very comfortable! Kitchen was very nice and fully equipped! There’s a resident bear…an adolescent, and he is very smart. As soon as we put items in the RECYCLE bin (garbage goes in shed), he came out and opened it and stole the bag.Lol. We would definitely return here! Pool was wonderful!

Great Property, disappointed in a broken oven & hot tub

Great property with polite customer service staff. 25 minutes from Asheville up the mountains. Absolutely stunning. Disappointed in a broken oven for the duration of our stay (mentioned in 1 email 1.5 months before check-in.. we obviously forgot and bought groceries.. not good) Broken hot tub for the duration of our stay. (staff was onsite the next morning to repair, unfortunately the tub did not reach above 86° during our stay)

Kitchen was well stocked for meals! Rooms were comfortable. Bring TP and linens for any couches you plan to sleep on. A nice time was had by all!

The property was very beautiful and clean. The rooms were all nicely decorated, and there were several outdoor sitting areas to accommodate large groups. The check-in process was very easy, and the host provided all of the necessary information regarding the property. We enjoyed the pool as well as the other activities on the property.

Beautiful Mountain Stay

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, has so much comfortable space, and the many outdoor porches and pool are a real treat! Our daughters (8 and 5) loved the pool and were so sad when we had to leave. We enjoyed the serene location and the ability to be in Asheville within 20-25 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fairview. We had several interactions with a momma bear and her 2 cubs. We also enjoyed this interaction even though she kidnapped the trash bin. Only reason I didn't give communication 5 stars was due to 2 or 3 attempts to contact by phone and leaving 1 voicemail, we could never make contact this way. The team was very responsive via chat.
