"Short stay. "

"I read the reviews that said it was clean. Well, that wasn’t true. Sticky counters, splatters on kitchen walls and cabinets. I had to give the kitchen a good cleaning before we unpacked. The bathrooms were a little better, but the few towels (no washcloths) that they had were stained and smelled like wet dog. The tub dripped so loud that we had to keep the door shut. This was no bargain stay. I was disappointed. We won’t stay there again."

"We LOVE this place and are planning to return. EVERY detail for humans and dogs were thought of with utmost care. Seriously everything. Doggie bags, dog bowls, everything for the kitchen and laundry. We literally just needed clothes and food. The hot tub, the comfort of the place....made us feel right at home with the Doodles and my girls. Made this an EASY and special trip. Communication was ON POINT and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely returning to this Den :)"

"The Highland House was a beautiful home and well appointed with everything we needed. We are a family of five with three little kids and it was more than enough space for us. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We loved the amenities at Eagle Crest and the location was perfect. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again."

"We LOVED the setting! We have been doing a family get together/rental for 8 years and this place was our favorite. That being said, the house and some of the amenities were run down and in need of repairs. A handyman for a few days would fix the place up and make it a 10. When we arrived the kitchen was covered in a thick layer of black dust and the garbage cans were full (with no pick up the whole 6 day stay). If you would fix the little stuff it would be amazing! We did love the property and the layout of the house though and would rent it again for sure. Great place!"

"House was well stocked. Clean, and cozy. It has a great location! The upstairs tv with VHS was a hit for the kids who couldn’t get over the olden days tv! Would book again!"
