"The desk and restaurant staff employees were excellent.: kind , helpful, knowledgeable. It was frustrating for our grandchildren since the water park closed at 6 as did the chair lift to the top of the Mt. We were at baseball tournaments all day. The above closures were disappointing for them. We had a suite that was perfect for our needs."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and we appreciated the fluffy towels and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we've seen in a rental. It had everything we needed and then some. We also appreciated having plenty of extras on hand—toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc. We've stayed at places that only leave one extra of everything, so this was a pleasant surprise.There were a few board games and a deck of cards available, and overall it felt like the owners had really thought about what guests might need to make their stay comfortable.Communication was great. The host checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything.The location right on the lake is beautiful. The weather wasn't ideal during our stay—it was cool and rainy—but we brought our pontoon boat and were able to tie it up right in front of the condo. The boat launch is just down the road, making it very convenient. The lake has a sandy bottom and is fairly shallow, so the water was already a comfortable 76 degrees in early June.We also took advantage of the complimentary Boyne shuttle, which took us to the mountain for lunch, a walk across the SkyBridge, and a few drinks.Overall, this is a great property and we would definitely stay here again."

"House was perfect for our family of eight! Very clean and well stocked from extra pillows and blankets to any kitchen item you could think of. Having three full bathrooms was a huge plus. Although there was limited hours on alot of the activities at Boyne , we made due with a trip to Boyne City for a day of shopping. So Fun! Highly recommend this house!! Oh and the communication was excellent. Answered any questions we had very quickly. Very impressed!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time here. The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I haven’t slept that good in a long time. Brian the manager was very accommodating. Northern Escapes did an awesome job."
