The man working the front desk was so friendly and polite. Our room was comfortable and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our waffles at the continental breakfast. Although it could use some updates I enjoyed my stay and for the price ,it was great.

Room was filthy, dust everywhere. Hair on the walls of shower, sink faucet and mirrors had tooth brush residue all over it. Cobwebs, dust in everyand RUST on ev We asked to speak with management and they gave us a number and when you call no one answers. The room door looks like it has been crow barred open before.

Please do not stay here. Property is ugly, dirty, beds are uncomfortable, pool is dirty. Only old coffee with grounds. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no pastry. Only old waffle batter and old coffee. The hotel has a strong odor, toilet clogged. Pay a few more dollars and stay with dignity somewhere else. Will never. NEVER NEVER stay here again. Please don't get fooled by the pictures.

This is obviously an older hotel, and the exterior could use some freshining up, but the rooms are clean and tidy. If your looking for an affordable place for a quick stay, it is definitely a good value. Front desk staff was very friendly. Coffee wasnt great, and continental breakfast isnt special but really good food options are very close by.

You pay for what you get, it was this or $1000 at Pechanga and we were staying for a wedding so we spent no time at the hotel. But the pictures look way better than the property actually is. Nothing special, I'm sure the orange juice for the "complimentary breakfast" hasn't seen the inside of a fridge in days.

Expedia has a beautiful picture of this hotel stating there’s a spa. When I arrived and saw the pool, I was very surprised to see how bad of shape it was in. The whole property was in bad shape, dirty, never came to clean the room. Had to ask for clean bedding and towels. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone

DON'T waste your money on this property. The pictures shown online do not accurately reflect how the hotel actually looks. The property feels very outdated and poorly maintained. We wanted a pool where my son could relax after his soccer tournament, but overall the experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was spacious and had hard flooring instead of carpet. Other than that, we were very disappointed with our stay.

The parking was fine. The room was in need of paint and general upkeep. The TV was nice but no info as to available channels or local news etc. The room was musty smelling! The room was clean, but the pillows were stuffed into the cases in a very odd way and had to be fluffed to be comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but was adequate.

My room was filthy. There was a used washcloth hanging off the floor of the shower curtain rod and the shower curtain was so dirty the water in the tub turned color. I took a shower at my son’s house. The chair was gross and the room stunk of cheap cleaner. Never again will I stay here.

Easy access to parking, In my opinion this place is barely better than a motel 6. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like small pillows hard mattress. Also dirty looking bathrooms where it looks like grime or grunge in the tiles of the showers and tubs . I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and stayed a few different times thinking there would be some better rooms. The answer is nope

Property s completely rundown and in terrible condition. The bathroom light flashed on and off, the toilet was leaking. Less than 5 minutes after entering the room I left. I spoke to motel staff who assured my my room would be refunded. However, room was never refunded, motel does not answer phone or respond to emails. Expedia was no help either. Stay away from this place.
