We had a great stay at Embassy Suites, Charleston. The room and hotel were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour events, and check-in / check-out were efficient. We were also happy with the valet parking. Would definitely stay again.

on 2/19/26 at 5:30 ish I showed a picture of the closet door and told the front desk man that the closet door was broken and there was no hairdryer. He wrote itdown on a pink post it note.

Room was clean, staff was courteous, small breakfast, (oatmeal, yougurt, waffles, cereal) check in any time after 3, wecame in at 2am and was all good.

Clean facility, pool was great for kids. Staff was friendly. Check out at noon is a huge plus. Will stay again ! Wish parking was free.
