“We really enjoyed our stay. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We spent most of our time out by the lake. There is very limited fishing due to some type of fish that eat everything (clearly not the fisherman) there was swimming for the kids and other water activities which was great.”

“Our combined annual family gathering is no small event: 22 in all! We host them the first weekend of January each year and this place was magical! (It didn’t hurt that it snowed too!) Modern appliances, very cool history, and plenty of space for all. It was perfect! Thank you to our hosts for being available, excellent communicators, and just great to work with. Sycamore Springs is awesome, especially the skating rink! Long story short, it was great! (We want to come back in warmer months.)”

“We had no problem finding the house. It was clean and comfortable during our stay. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Even before our stay when forecast flooding would have impacted our visit, she was in contact to make sure we could adjust if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and offered lots of down by the river sounds. We used this as a base camp for visiting Indian Cave State Park and Nebraska City on a rain day. No complaints from our time, it was clean, comfortable and had……

“This little house is full of wonderful surprises! This rental has EVERYTHING you need and more! The warm welcome left on the counter was so thoughtful. Everything inside has been immaculately decorated and incredible attention has been given to detail throughout. SUPER clean, and the heated floors in the bathroom and sunroom were such a luxury, especially while enjoying morning coffee. I hope to be able to stay here when in the area again.”
