"Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth. "

"Quaint and clean “retro motel feel”. Super friendly staff. Modern mini split air/heat. Front door needs a curtain as bright light shines into room in our room (215). Beautiful place that we will for sure stay again. "

"We loved the beach front, hot tub and fire pit. We were fortunate to have excellent weather the entire stay so we were outdoors constantly. We also went 2-3 x to South Beach. The host made herself very available if needed. "

"This is great home for a large family or 2 smaller families; worked well for my family of 4 w/ 2 8yr old boys & my sister & her 5yr & 2.5yr old & another friend & her littles who visited a couple nights; we used all 4 bedrooms & the host even had a couple cots in the basement which were very easy to use! We had everything in the kitchen we needed, a fully stocked garage w/ beach chairs & we loved the outdoor shower & firepit! The backyard was perfect for the children after the beach & before dinner. Lots of driveway space for cars & pool toys and great basement w/ washer & dryer as well as an fooseball table & highchairs etc. And just 8-10min from downtown Falmouth & Menauhant & Falmouth Heights beaches. Truly a great home away from home if you have little ones! Thank you Elena for a lovely week! "

"Great property for families. Large fenced in yard. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Large bedrooms especially good if you have portacrib or kids travel bed. Access to pool clubhouse was great. Close to beaches and ponds. Hosts were quick to answer and questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. "
