Nick and Jenna's home is a wonderful spot to get away to. The space is comfortable and welcoming, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely outdoor area overlooking the tidal river. Comfy beds, comfy sofa, and delicious chocolates await your arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Stay

This house is perfect for quiet retreat in beautiful Maine. The house is close to anywhere you'd like to visit, but perfectly tucked away for relaxation. The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you may need. Nick and Jenna were very responsive and provided all the details needed for our stay. Serene property

My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at River House in Falmouth. Located on the banks of the Presumpscot River, the situation couldn’t be better - quiet and serene. It took us only 12 minutes to drive into Portland to visit our favorite restaurants. The owners were great to deal with. Beautiful interior and very clean. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Home In Maine

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in Maine. The home is wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed. Our boys loved the backyard, walks by the river, and the basement game room. The house is centrally located with quick access to Portland and an easy drive to Freeport. Nicholas and Jenna were gracious hosts.

Wonderful house, wonderful stay!

The house was so nice! We kept saying how it was one of the better vacation rentals we’ve stayed at because the house was great, but the location was great too. Peaceful, yet close to things. I would just suggest some room darkening curtains because it starts getting light at 4:45am 😵‍💫 We enjoyed sitting out at the fire by the river a couple of nights, saw the groundhog friends, relaxed and enjoyed one another’s company

Great property to help you relax

Wonderful, clean home that offers a lot. We enjoyed our stay immensely as we explored the area. The location was great. House was super clean and the kitchen was wonderful. Wi-Fi in the office area was not great? But that may be the only negative I can think of. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun too. The hosts were super thoughtful and made us feel very welcome.

The Six of Us

Words can’t express how great our experience was, but here goes: if you only rent one vacation home, definitely consider this one. Perfect location for all points south and most points north. House was well-appointed, warm, and welcoming. The curated ground were vibrant, and the view of the woods and trees amazing. Finally, Nick and Jenna were the most gracious hosts we’ e ever had. An awesome experience

The home and property are exactly as shown online, which is beautiful. When we arrived the house was spotless and there were few "Welcome" items for us. Nick and Jenna were very helpful and responsive from initial booking to final checkout. They gave us a ton of great recommendations for things to do and where to eat in and around Portland. We will definitely go back.

Perfect Maine Getaway!

This place is even better in person than it looked online. Spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable, loaded with amenities, gorgeous yard/property, river views, privacy, it really has it all! My elderly parents appreciated the option of first floor living and we enjoyed having the 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to both the dining room and living room. There is even laundry on-site. There's also a lower level game room. The location is great, too, only about 10 minutes to downtown Portland. I really cannot say enough about this incredible home. Nick and Jenna were awesome hosts. Nick even installed the a/c units just in time for the record breaking heatwave! We would most definitely book this home again.

Family of 7 Perfect Getaway

We are a blended family of 7 who wanted the perfect getaway and this trip and stay did not disappoint. The location and house were exactly what we were looking for. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It gave all of us a warm home feeling (we took so many pictures to have ideas that we will implement in our own home). The views were amazing from the deck and the master bedroom! Nick and Jenna were the perfect hosts!!! When you are planning a trip for 7 there are so many moving parts and they were there for us every step of the way. Every question was answered and they gave us a ton of suggestions of things to do, places to eat and things to see. They checked in on us to make sure everything was going great. When we arrived there were beautiful flowers, some treats and a nice welcome note. I have already sent this property to two coworkers who I hope at some point book. We highly recommend this stay and we are trying to see when we can come back.
