Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. “The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room.”

“Properly was a cozy temporary home base while at a weekend long swim meet. The house was well-equipped in every way, and the host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed and we could play games or watch movies in the downtime with a cozy fire. The close proximity to Bowdoin was also a plus. Would definitely rent again.”

“This house was absolutely amazing! I booked a last minute weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Everything we needed was already at the house. There were board games and even bikes in the garage! Lots of extra blankets and towels. The shower already had shampoo and conditioner as well. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna but the hot tub and fitness pool were so relaxing! I've been to a lot of houses where the hot tub is usually outside but this hot tub/fitness pool combo……
