Sandy and warm Falmouth Heights beach is in view from the house and less than a 2 minute walk. Sleeps up to 16. Conveniently located with restaurants just steps away, and within a 10 minute walk to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, 60" High Def Flatscreen with digital cable in Family Room, Outdoor Shower, ON DEMAND HOT WATER FOR BATHROOMS, gas firepit on front porch, wood burning Chimonea on back patio, Nicely landscaped yard and lawn, onsite storage shed with beach chairs, coolers, and a full size outdoor refrigerator. All linens and towels are provided (beach towels NOT provided).
Top floor Master Suite with wet bar, private deck with stunning views of the Sound and the Vineyard. All bedrooms have SEPARATE ZONE DUCTLESS SPLIT AC WALL UNITS!!However, there is usually a very nice Ocean Breeze!!
Parking for up to 8 Vehicles in the conveniently located crushed clamshell driveway conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen door and front deck. 3 Brand New Spa inspired Bathrooms as well!!
