"Always a nice stay here! Food and shops are convenient."

"This hotel is under construction and the entire hotel was nasty. The workers blared their music until late at night and started working again early morning. We was trying to get into our room and a working was scraping the carpet up two inches from my fiancés feet. They have no common courtesy for the people who are staying there. We rented two rooms and the bathroom flooded in one of our rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying her to anyone!"

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, huge bathroom, nice couch. Super friendly staff throughout. Parking lot not in great shape, difficult to find the entrance to the parking! Behind another hotel, inside on a frontage road. So convenient and close to restaurants, the Ameristar Casino, movie theater, etc."

"I was not aware before booking that this property had such a youth-oriented, budget-style concept. It may appeal to some travelers, but it did not work well for us. The main curtain did not work. It was stuck closed, and even after following the front desk’s instructions, we could not open it, so we were unable to see outside. The room had no proper nightstands with independent bedside lamps. This made it difficult for me to work at night without disturbing my wife, who was lying in bed. There was also only one chair in the room. The room also lacked practical surfaces. Instead, there was a very narrow, modern-looking piece of wood mounted on the wall, apparently intended as a long shelf for personal items, but it was not very useful. The shower design was confusing. It had two shower heads: one fixed to the wall and one handheld. I could not figure out how to operate them separately, so both ran at the same time, causing water to spill out and flood half the bathroom floor. Finally, the room amenities had an odd, gimmicky style. For example, the body lotion bottle said, “When life gives many lemons...” This may appeal to some guests, but to us, it reinforced the feeling that the hotel prioritized style over comfort and practicality. Overall, this was a rather negative experience and did not meet our expectations. "

"We were allowed to check in early and the chocolate chip cookies were a nice lift after cycling 20 miles in the rain. We were allowed to hose down our bikes and given hotel towels to wipe away some of the trail sand."

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"
