“The Hatchery was such a great stay!! Adorable boutique hotel with stylish decor, comfortable amenities, and an overall amazing place. Super easy check in, extra perks like a Victrola in the room with vibing records paired with it, free snacks in the common area (coffee, scones, bags of chips, sodas, etc), great water pressure, and many more!!”

“The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products were replenished. Complimentary breakfast was always hot and changed daily. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly.”

“I chose this hotel over a cheaper option because of the advertised amenities, river view, and noon checkout—but overall, it felt overpriced for the experience. I prepaid for breakfast through Expedia but was double charged, and the “complimentary” breakfast offered to make up for issues ended up being confusing and incomplete. The TV in my room didn’t work initially, the hot tub wasn’t hot, and we had to replace our key cards multiple times. The biggest frustration was the checkout time. It……

“the room was nice and clean, I did not like the shower as the head was to large and offered no pressure, also there is no space in the bathroom for toiletries at all. Very close to the concert, nice hot tub.”

“It was not very clean. Hair was left in the tub. There was still garbage in the trash can. There were no tissues (Maybe they don't supply them?) I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody came out to help me. ”
