「Helpful staff but booked an air con room. Air con wasn't working. We swopped rooms and a fan was provided but was really loud so could only use intermittently. Bad night's sleep.」

「Great, cosy inn with plenty of space to eat. Family room had a good layout with some nice touches such as fresh milk for the tea and coffee. Staff very helpful and plenty of parking」

「Room was clean, and windows were excellently glazed to prevent any traffic noise from the streets. Very convenient with the bus stop right outside to get to the ferry as well as Newport/anywhere else on the isle. Osbourne house right across the street. food options were limited around the pub, but the floating bridge to Cowes conveniently down the road by either a 20 min walk or the bus.」

「Well maintained throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was cozy and well stocked. The room was very clean and inviting. We had a garden room which looked out onto the courtyard, which was delightful. Dogs were welcomed and catered for. Parking is limited, although we managed to park in the hotel carpark. Would definitely go there again.」
