I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and……
