I liked the pool area, very nice pool and hot tub. Continental breakfast was very basic, some type of meat would have been nice.

Hotel seemed run down. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The water heater went out and it was not communicated to hotel guest. There was no compensation for the inconvenience.

We checked in at this place just to sleep and shower as we are flying out early morning and flying back late. Coming from Winnipeg, we got to the facility and there was no power until around 6pm. Noisy and very dirty carpet. Rooms are very out dated. Flying back, we checked in around 1am and this time there was no hot water in the building. We were told that they will give us 25% off our stay but was too tired to check upon check out. They charged is full price.

No hot water, room never got cleaned, hot tub broken, gym equipment was broken, dirty floor, and hardly anything offered for breakfast. I would never stay here again

This property was absolutely horrible! Filthy rooms,smelld, our door wouldn't lock, hot tub closed, heat lamp in bathroom broken, But the worst part? No Hot Water!!! Lied to by original front desk clerk when my husband asked about it right after check on. Told it was because so many people in hotel? Never got it working. I arrived at 1am after traveking, just wantimg a clean bed and a shower, nope! Asked about it next morning and were told it went out at 11pm (lie) and they were working on it. Then told we could go shower at a sister hotel? What? No thanks. When I asked for a refund was offered 25%. Never ever ever stay here no matter how desperate you are for a spot!

The first room assigned was terrible including wet towels still on the floor in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone had laid on it even after being made. It was on the second floor and there are no elevators so you must pull luggage up the steps. The person at the front desk did offer to assist...and then he upgraded my room. The second room was much nicer on the first floor. The main carpets in the hallways are really dirty and smelly. Breakfast is continental- no eggs or protein. All staff I encountered were pleasant, its the facility that needs some upgrading. Location is convenient to everything so long as you have a car. For the rate charged and the upgrade provided- I should not complain!
