The room was modern, clean, and in good condition. The breakfast is only continental, with coffee, muffins/rolls, and fruit. The motel exterior & interior halls & lobby are budget motel quality, just adequate. Staff is friendly. My two nights were quiet.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean a d the bed comfortable. The “breakfast” is coffee and prepackaged items and the area was pretty sketchy, especially considering the price. I believe it was a hig traffic weekend though so may have been some price gouging involved. Not to take away from the first three things mentioned though.

The desk agent was very helpful and friendly. He handled a stressed customer very well and helped her and her daughter to get a room for the night after an error had occurred. The continental breakfast was an absolute joke! This was embracing for all of us! A couple mini muffins, 1 banana and some bruised apples. Coffee was so! so! This was not what any traveler can start any journey or their day of driving or any other travel with. I, along with 5 other people went to Perkins next door and had to pay $20.00 for a breakfast to start my journey of another 4-hour drive. Also, the shower didn't work in my room and there was only cold water. I told the desk agent, V Singh and he was very kind and offered to have someone check it out. But I was checking out, so he sent someone to check it. MR. V Singh was very friendly and respectful and professional he was definitely 5 Star the rest especially the lack of Continental Breakfast was a minus 1 star! The overall price was not an issue since other hotels for the same amount or less has better breakfasts, all over Fargo and Grand Forks I travel this same route twice a year. This was a first like this and the last time I stay here.

Inexpensive hotel but you get what you pay for. Room was clean, bed and linens were new. Bathroom, flooring and windows in poor repair state. Noise traveled very loudly from outside the rooms. TV in our room was very difficult to get working and navigate. We pretty.much have up and we're only able to get a couple channels to work in our 2 day stay. Continental Breakfast wasn't what you get in the majority of the other hotels. No juice, milk,cereal, no bread or toaster. All that was available was some assorted pastries and muffins, fruit and coffee. Checked in later on the Friday night and the attendant really didnt seem to know what he was doing and couldn't help with the problems we were having with out TV. Some of the entrances would accept my.key card. There was also a loud noise frequently in the halls which I believe was something with the pipes. One of the house keeping staff really shouldn't have been working and ran into two separate times at the front desk and in the breakfast area. She sounded very ill and was coughing all over the place without a mask or anything to prevent it from spreading to guests. Just not what I would expect from a Radisson Property. A rating of 3 is probably generous

Staff was very friendly. There were several hairs on the bed and the smoke detector in our room was wrapped in a plastic bag. Curtains were in disarray. Otherwise room was clean and bed was comfortable so room was good for quick overnight stay.

I booked through Expedia and it was all mixed up. It took 45 minutes just to check in. This was as much Expedia’s fault as it was the hotel’s. Then, bugs in my room and paper thin walls. Definitely a mistake to have stayed there.

Single pane windows made for an exceptionally loud evening; the door to my room was barely able to lock and banged constantly throughout the evening. My bedding was dirty, bathtub also had dirt in it. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

They are in the middle of a renovation. Paint tape on various walls. The room had chunks out of it, the floor molding had spots ripped out, the lotion/shampoo/conditioner bottles were used prior to being placed in the room.

The expectations does not uphold once checked in, the pictures make it seem like its a decent hotel for a decent price. I am still waiting on my refund and that is if they even going to refund me. This is actually absurd as someone who travels a lot for work.

Curtains had holes in them, Toothpaste remains in sink from previous guest, TV had a huge black line down entire screen, Noisy in the hallway. Parking lot dirty, overcrowded, Building needs a major facelift, This place can not be affiliated with the Radisson, they would allow this! Photos of room and property are VERY Deceiving, Beds weren't even on bed frames, they were on a piece of wood. I do not know how the Raddison, let alone Expedia allow them to be part of the hotel chain and or their website.
