“We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 18th birthday. Very clean, great amenities for the kids, nice location. Thank you!!”

“This is an interesting home. Other reviewers mentioned problems with the light over the hot tub; there is a GFCI outlet to the left of the tub that trips sometimes and if you reset it the lights work fine. The bubbler in the hot tub did not work but the pump did. There is a small electrical box on the wall outside toward the pool that has a switch that turns on the pump, which is also necessary for heat. The water was clear on arrival but the treatment tablets ran out and it got cloudy. We were……

“We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well……

“Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again.”

“The house overall was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really uncomfortable. The pool was not so nice. The vacuum hose kept coming off so we had to keep putting it on. Around the pool there were big chunks of cement and cracks.. It look like they had tried to fill it in or something. You have to really watch your step in the backyard because it would be very easy to trip and fall.”

“This house was ideal for a large family/group. You could stay here for a week and have enough to entertain the kids without ever leaving. It is seriously out in the middle of nowhere but I couldve made a restful, quiet, quality time family vacation easily. It has a well stocked kitchen. BB/vollyball court, fishing pond, pool tables, media room. The house was extremely clean and upscale. It could use a mowing/shredding. Do not try to get to this property in a low sitting car. A truck or at least……

“We had a lovely stay at this home! It was honestly the nicest/put together home we’ve stayed at thus far. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay here again :-) Thank you for having us!”
