We would have liked details of accessing the property a little sooner - we had to message to request them. Locating the key box was not quite as obvious as stated! But perfect for our needs. 「clean rooms, convenient to Heathrow. Laundry worked fine , lots of good lighting. Very responsive host. All we needed. The only thing I would improve is that there was really not a good place to eat a meal. The counter was too high for the chairs, so we ate on our laps on the sofa. Otherwise, great place. 」
