Set on the banks of the River Thames, the Dancenter London Heathrow Airport is just a short drive from central London. Guests can enjoy a carefully prepared meal in the Riverside Restaurant, which serves local British cuisine with a stunning river view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre, the hotel is also close to a variety of family attractions including Thorpe Park, Legoland and Chessington. The unique hotel offers free mooring to those arriving by river boat, so guests can step ashore into immediate comfort. The Conservatory room boasts fantastic river views and can host up to 40 guests for various functions. Guests of the Dancenter London Heathrow Airport can relax in the traditionally decorated bedrooms, and can even enjoy a bath overlooking the river. Dancenter London Heathrow Airport is conveniently located 1 mile from the M25 in the heart of Staines town centre. Heathrow International Airport is only 5 miles away. Hotel extras: * Nearby Thorpe Park, Legoland and Chessington * Situated by the River Thames with scenic terrace area * In-house bar & restaurant serving authentic local dishes * Function room capable of holding up to 40 guests * Close to the town centre and train station

For your peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen damages, we kindly request a security deposit. This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
