「I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning works great which is important because I visited during a very hot day. They held my luggage for me because I was too early for check in, so I could go and explore. The staff is extremely friendly. The area feels safe and quiet. Its within 5 minutes walk from the train and food options. 」

「Really nice new hotel. Literally brand new it’s only been open 3 weeks on my visit. Lots to do here - I used the pool which was really nice. Although the changing rooms are bizarre. Seriously someone needs to report the architect to RIBA! I wasn’t told that the changing rooms were communal. I had my arse out getting changed and realised there’s a glass panel in the door so anyone could look in. Odd design. Then on leaving the pool to get changed I realised that the changing rooms are communal....

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. "This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."
