空間乾淨，冷氣也夠涼. 櫃檯的人挺親切，而且努力幫你解決事情。很義大利的就是說好早上6:30要拿早餐，結果少一份。於是我們要多等15分鐘。等來了早餐很令人失望，只有難吃的餅乾。好歹也要有三明治啊，其實可以不用等的。

酒店是好舊的裝修,有接待處, 但佢地唔覆電郵或message, 有咩查詢都是要打電話(英國電話), 對外國人不方便。第一日入住沖涼房門壞,直接無左半邊門,但當時已經11點, 我算,但去水超慢,沖完係一缸水,根本去唔切。第2日我報了1日團,一早已出門口。所以我地打電話要求換房,但話無其他空房可以換,不過佢地當日就裝番好道門同整左去水問題,呢樣係有做到嘢同解決到問題。只能說這價$錢就是這樣。

This was a very good location and the room we were moved to for our second night was small but very comfortable with a big window that opened to a view of the street, which was very nice; We were able to talk with staff on site this stay, unlike the day before and it was very nice to be able to do so, they were most helpful and attentive.

Hotel was very very cheap so I can’t complain, you get what you paid for. Location is excellent . That said there downside is that most of the times there was no one at the reception in case you need anything, this is mostly a self service hotel. Also no cleaning of the rooms while you are there so if you need extra coffee/tea or the trash is full you need to make the effort to find the staff ( if they can be found ). Also no ventilation on the washroom so it smelled and the wifi was slow. But I would stay there again cause of the price/ location.

Hallo also ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen natürlich darf man sich um den Preis keine Luxusbleibe erwarten.Das Hotel liegt zentral die bekannte Zugstation Paddington ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ebenso Ubahn und die Elizabeth Line und es gibt genug Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Aber es gibt keinen Aufzug zumindest habe ich keinen gesehen also barrierefrei ist es nicht aber das ist was ich mich erinnern kann eh extra angegeben ...

Wat kun je verwachten van een 2 sterren accommodatie. Ik ben alleen een bed douche en wc nodig. Voor de rest zijn we toch op pad. Het enige was dat je de vering van het matras bij elke beweging wel aardig kon voelen. Alles was schoon en netjes, dat wel. De locatie daarentegen is echt super. Dichtbij een metrostation. Je bent zo in hartje Londen. Paddington is echt een mooi deel van Londen. Dichtbij het Hyde park. Een paar honderd meter lopen en je bent in een super mooi park.

This was a very disappointing stay. Firstly I paid 39 pound to check in early, this was not ready in time. I had blood stained sheets in various spots. In addition white stains all over the blue pillows. I welcomed the staff to come and collect them. They said I needed to arrange a time. In my opinion they should come and collect them without having to arrange a time. In addition, a constant smell of cigarettes flows throughout the building.

First of all, I love this hotel. Great location right across from Paddington. Very affordable. I admit I was surprised by my tiny room - basically a storage closet - but it soon felt cozy. The shared bathroom was clean and spacious and I never saw any other guests. The bed linens are of high quality and cleanliness and the mattress was comfortable. Very quiet despite its busy location. I would visit again.

La habitación pequeña pero se puede hacer lo indispensable, todo limpio y ordenado a la llegada pero muy poco atentos a limpieza ente días de estancia, me dejaron la misma toalla los tres dias y la basura, pero es porque a veces parece que no hay personal, por otro lado siempre muy amables y el día que me retire, como mi vuelo era por la noche, me dejaron tener en resguardo mi equipaje sin costo y hasta me dejaron ir al baño una última vez cuando pase a recogerlo, ciertamente la ubicación relativamente centrica, yo daría 8.5 a 9/10

the location was amazing… everything else… not so great. we got locked in our bathroom and shower multiple times. there was no toilet paper and never heard back from any staff. the beds suck you are basically laying on the springs and it hurts. we where mainly upset that it was nothing like the pictures made it out to be! we also experienced a fire alarm going off in the morning and when we went out to look for staff they said nothing to us and left us outside for a while. when we finally went back inside they started coming in our room unannounced which overall made our stay feel more unsafe.

Comfortable decent size room, not very spacious but enough for a short stay, easy self check in and bathroom a good size. Location close to Paddington station, shops and restaurants nearby. My only negative point is that the towel provided is like a small hand/bathroom mat towel not a full size one suitable for showering. The staff were not very helpful, was told I would be brought a proper towel and heard nothing back from them despite sending messages. Eventually it was time for me to check out and leave the property anyway. Recommend to bring your own towel. also Google maps location of the hotel is wrong do not use this.
