Room booked because it supposedly had air-conditioning which it had for only one day. We booked it for six nights. Also air-conditioning is preset and you cannot adjust. It was set for 78 degrees fahrenheit. Temperature outside was 93 degrees. Room was very clean.

The only (very slight!) inconvenience was the barrier to autos that prevent taxis or paid transport from driving directly to the front of the entrance. If raining, it might be a bit inconvenient for some. It’s about a short block to the entrance. Otherwise, a very enjoyable and well maintained hotel with very helpful staff. Prepare to eat out, as the in-house restaurant is pretty mediocre.

The staff were so welcoming & accommodating to my boyfriend and I. We flew in from Canada, and didnt know about the area, but I’m so happy we booked here, it’s the perfect location to train stations, food, and pharmacies! The air conditioning was nice and cold!! The staff always greeted us when we’d leave for the day and when we came home from exploring the city. We felt so safe and relaxed! 10/10 experience !!

When we arrived for 3 day stay was put into a room 2 block away from main building, had to take lift to basement, room was right next to lift, very tiny No window, door to very small courtyard with sewage pipes, after complaining we were moved to floor 2 in main building, nice room & bathroom but very small, no chair or table/desk to sit at, Did not book Breakfast but was never asked if we would like it. Room very clean & tidy but very small.
