“The room is newly renovated and car park place is good location. Breakfast is must buy item, otherwise you will be sorry to miss this delicious.”

Wish I could give a better review but they were really set on being obnoxiously unhelpful bordering on rude. To work a customer facing role and being this unprofessional almost blew my mind.”

“Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.”
