“Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.”

“沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”

“We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there.
Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog.
We had a few drinks in the bar area that evening which was busy due to football but a great atmosphere.
The breakfast was lovely and the choice was great.
We used the gym and spa and found the staff in the golf shop all to be extremely friendly……

“The hotel & the grounds are lovely. The rooms aren't fitted with aircon (because it's listed I don't think they're allowed!) so in summer months it's quite warm.
The pool is nice enough. We had breakfast included- there was a good selection & it was all hot!
We also ate dinner at the hotel- that was delicious! The waitress was really friendly.”
