「One of the staff in the breakfast room was rude furniture on balcony needs replacing couldn’t sit on it because of the damage cracked tiles in bathroom enjoyed our dtay but would mot return」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were so helpful and friendly - from the Front Desk to Housekeeping Staff to the Bar & Restaurant Staff, they are all a credit to the management. The Hotel itself is modern, bright & spotlessly clean and is in a great location with loads of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance - it's literally across street from the beach. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.」

「Exceptionally clean room and hotel generally. 2 bed townhouse was perfect for use - v spacious rooms (much better than photos) and had patio downstairs and roof terrace as well. Worked really well for us having 2 teenagers who wanted to ‘chill’ or have a lie in! We were half board. Service was a bit slow for a couple of evenings and half board menu's a bit limited but overall food was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Pool wise our youngest couldn’t use the adult pool and the main pool area...
