“The hotel is great for young families all year round with the indoor heated pool & soft play area. The outdoor pool was a little cold when we stayed in April . The staff are all friendly & attentive & we found some great restaurants in walking distance by asking at reception & taxi drivers. ”

“The apartment claimed to have King size bed which was the main reason for booking and turned out it was only a double bed. Also, we arrived close to 4:00 and had a hard time reaching the owners. No telephone and no answer on their door. In addition when we finally made contact, they had to clean the room first so we didn't get in until after 5:00”

“We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking……
