“My stay here was genuinely the only part about my trip that went well. My travel plans were disrupted, with all kinds of delays and chaos. The staff here were kind and professional, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was a sigh of relief to come back to every night. Thank you!”

“Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor……

“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.”

“Kids staying during the weekend were noisy and spent time knocking on doors disrupting sleep through the night. The hotel phone number listed in the room was disconnected and the room phone did not work.”

“Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either……

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”
