"The hotel itself is nice. It’s dated but clean. We booked this hotel partially because it was listed with air conditioning. We had a couple of very warm days and evenings and our room was hot. The air conditioning isn’t available until mid-May so we were told to open the windows instead. This helped the temperature but it was loud! The hotel is directly across the street from the train station. Overall we did not enjoy our stay. It was very uncomfortable and the staff wasn’t very helpful. "

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."
