「We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.」

「Close to U of A campus, this retreat was the perfect headquarters for our college apartment search. Its peaceful location, was restful. The host is quick to respond and very courteous. PS Be sure to pack coffee if you want to make your own. 」

「We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but...

「Wife and I stayed for two days/nights for business and leisure. The condo was super clean and exactly how it was described. The patio had a great view of Dickson Street and had plenty of room. Great communication with the host when we needed it as well. I'd highly recommend this condo for a weekend stay! 」

「This place was just great. So many places in walking distance. It was very clean and well kept. Right in the middle of downtown. You really wont need to drive much at all. Within walking distance of the square amd dickson street. We had a great time.」

「The communication before and during the stay was excellent. While I didn’t need anything specific during our stay, I knew I could message and expect a quick response. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, had very comfortable beds, and so close to Dickson Street which was perfect for our weekend plans! Highly recommend!」

「Magical experience! This glamping getaway was truly one-of-a-kind. The vibe was incredible, and the unique hot tub was a highlight (especially after a long day of hiking). Star-gazing from the deck's built-in hammock was unforgettable. Michael was a fantastic host, super responsive and kind. We were cozy and warm despite the cool nights, thanks to the electric blankets and space heaters. We'll be back for sure!」

「We booked this spot for a one-night stay while in town for a concert, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed — honestly, we would’ve stayed longer if we could! The space was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfy, and the amenities were well thought out and modern.We did have a little hiccup with the air conditioning when we first arrived, but the host responded right away and got us up and running quickly — couldn’t have asked for better communication.One of the highlights for us...

「This was a great little place just minutes from Bentonville square. All conveniences (gas, groceries, things to do) are just minutes away. Even though close to downtown, we didn't hear the traffic like I thought we would. The house must be well insulated! 」

「Overall, the house was in good shape, very clean. Really enjoyed the kitchen and dining room as places to sit and talk . Enjoyed the backyard as a place to relax and hang out as well. Plenty of bikes and helmets available for local trails, but we did not take advantage of it. House is centrally located.」
