“My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.”

It is well decorated and has the essentials you need for the first day. We had great communication with the property host. I would stay here again in the future if we are back in the area.”

“The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay.”

“This was the perfect location for Mom’s weekend. Close to the U of Arkansas campus and a 2 minute walk to the where the main event was held. Would definitely stay again!”

“Extremely clean and very well appointed. Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe……

“I only want to stay at the Artists Studio from now on! It is a lovely studio apartment in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and theatre are all in walking distance. Loved it!!!”

“With a little love this would be the best rental in Fayetteville. location is the best…Could not get the TV to connect, Plenty of towels for both the bath and the kitchen, with hand soap for both room. No wash cloths at all. A bit of street noise but nothing that was all night. And just a little FYI for the host, saw a few ants in the bathroom.”

“We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.”

“Perfect spot to be in middle of all Dickson street has to offer. Close to U of A campus (within walking). We were there for moms weekend but would be perfect for game weekends too.”
