"I had a lovely stay at the Shore Hotel in Balintore — the location is beautiful with a peaceful view over the harbour, and my room was immaculate, comfortable, and felt freshly renovated. The breakfast was amazing, locally sourced meat from the Butcher with some of the nicest black pudding I have tasted.
