“Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.”

Found a few small bugs (cricket, milipede, moth) when we first checked in but think this may have been due to the door being left open during initial cleaning.
