"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste...

"Die Lage am Berg ist einzigartig und zugleich etwas schwieriger mit dem Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die sehr wenigen und kaum vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die gebuchte Suite mit Whirlpool ist top!"

The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "It’s a very simple hotel in the center of the village, with a very basic breakfast selection (if you want orange juice, they charge EUR 5.5). It’s not ski-in ski-out, the shower is very small, there’s no minibar, and the room temperature control wasn’t working. The staff were very attentive"
