Renovierungsarbeiten wären angebracht. Küchenschrank kaputt hängt ein gelber Zettel mit defekt das gleiche an der Balkontür. Gardinenstangen waren mal weiß jetzt an den Enden quietsche gelb . Im Badezimmer am Fenster lang und an der Schräge ein Wasserschaden der wohl auch älter ist. Um in die oberen Schlafzimmer zu gelangen muss man eine wirklich sehr steile Holztreppe nach oben und runter sehr vorsichtig sein ganz schmale Trittfläche. Mein Tipp an die Vermieter einfach mal ein Topf Farbe kaufen und vor allem neue Gardinenstangen.

Alles war wie beschrieben super, mit einer einzigen Ausnahme, das Schwalben auf balkon genistet haben. Dadurch leider der balkon nicht nutzbar war. Der rest der Wohnung war absolut zufriedenstellend
