Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wunderschön und mit guter Zusatz- Ausstattung (viele gemeinsame Sitzmöglichkeiten, viel Geschirr, Billard, Tischtennis). Sehr gepflegt. Toller Service, immer erreichbar für Rückfragen und umgehend vor Ort, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. WLAN funktioniert sehr schwach. Manche Schränke riechen wegen der ortsüblichen feuchteren Temperaturen feucht.

Nicht ganz ohne Mängel

Ziemlich altes in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt. Könnte mal eine Sanierung vertragen. Sehr feuchtes raumklima, Wäsche immer klamm, modriger Geruch. Betten bzw Matratzen stark durchgelegen. Wir haben leider dieses Objekt aufgrund des aufgeheizten Pools gemietet, da auch Kinder dabei waren. Leider haben wir einen kalten Pool vorgefunden, der angeblich ab Oktober nicht mehr erwärmt wird, da lt Besitzer, die Sonnenstrahlen nicht für die Solaranlage ausreichen. Nach Rücksprache mit der FEWO-Ansprechpartner keine Inbetriebnahme der Anlage sondern lediglich eine Reduzierung von 3% des Gesamtpreises. Wir sind damit nicht zufrieden , da wir uns aufgrund des beheizten Pools gerade diese Finca aussuchten. Somit keine Weiterempfehlung.

Gute Finca

Die Finca ist gut geschnitten mit einem Anbau, in dem sich die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage befinden. Im Haupthaus kann es schon auch recht warm werden. In einigen Betten ließen die Betmatratzen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Küchenausstattung ist ein wenig gemischt aber noch ok. Sehr schön hat uns der Gasgrill seitlich der Terrasse gefallen und der Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr gelungen. Alles in allen haben wir schöne Tage am Pool und lauschige Abende auf der großen überdachten Terrasse verbracht.

Tolle Villa

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir hatten mit der Familie, 8 Personen, eine Tolle Woche. Alles ist super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es haben uns nur, pro Person, ein Paar Handtücher mehr gefehlt.

Schöne Finca für große Gruppen/Familien

Sehr geräumige Finca mit 5 Schlafzimmern innen und 2 in einem Anbau mit eigenem Zugang vom Garten. Großer und tiefer Pool mit Nichtschwimmerbereich, allerdings heißt solar beheizt wohl von der Sonne erwärmt. Schöner Sitzbereich außen und riesiger Gasgrill. Mankos: Die nahe Landstraße ist morgens recht laut und einige Bereiche des Hauses benötigen bald eine Renovierung (insbes. die Bäder). Die Küchenausstattung ist eher mittelmäßig und wirkt, wie Teile des Mobiliars, etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls teilweise ausgefranst. Angesichts des Preises kann man hier schon mehr erwarten.
