“Great stay”

“Our room was clean as well as the halls. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the lemon water available throughout the day. In addition, the warm cookies was the icing on the cake.... well cookies!”

I’ve stayed in budget motels before, and I know that sometimes nature finds a way indoors. When I walked into my room at the Super 8 in Ellenton after a long day at the beach, and a cockroach decided to take a stroll across the pillow, my family and I were definitely grossed out. We weren't looking for a war zone; we just wanted a clean place to sleep. We politely……

“It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I found the entire facility to be very poorly maintained. There were many people outside their rooms drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes—as well as marijuana—at all hours; honestly, it wasn't a pleasant experience arriving or leaving, especially with my two children. The room itself was clean, in a manner of speaking, but the bathtub had a lot of grime caked onto it, as if it hadn't been washed in ages. I think they should establish clear rules……

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”
