“You can definitely feel the love that went into this space. Lisa and Stephen built an amazing treehouse, and the whole property is very special. It's very unique and well crafted, with a lovely view of the mountains through the trees. It's rustic yet also very comfortable and cozy. The clawfoot tub and fire stove make it especially relaxing.”

“My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was a great escape. There are neighbors but you have your privacy still. The area was nice and quiet - no cell service but we were able to use the provided wifi when we needed with our smart phones. The cabin is a perfect size for 2 or a small, young family. It was basically one large space with a bathroom as the only separated room. It was SUPER CLEAN. It has everything you needed. I felt that the owners went above and beyond to provide……

“With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!”

“This place is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The creek is next to the cabin, it’s amazing. The cabin is great, perfect for a small family. It’s not really clean but there are a lot of cleaning supplies and tools to clean it up. We will definitely go back.”

“Good price, staff was very friendly, breakfast offerings were great, breakfast staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Our room had very strong animal smell(smelled like a pet store). We understand it is a pet friendly hotel but smell was extreme. Would like to see easier access for pet bathroom area. It was very nice they offer poop bags and disposal. Pool is small but nice. Was quiet. Overall for price is a good place.”
