"This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. The main outdoor space had a large turf area and a latticed dining area where we ate all our meals except breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and to shops/excellent dining. Close to the 101, but so well landscaped that we hardly knew the highway was there. Just wow! A solid ten! "
"This place is really cute and charming and is in a great location, but the bedrooms are crazy small. Like our dog couldnt even turn around between the beds and the walls in the two kids' rooms, she had to back out. The kids' rooms have zero place for clothing as well - no dressers, closets, etc. We had to pile our suitcases in the hallway. Also, while its pet-friendly, which was a huge plis for us initially, it turns out theres no ideal place to take your pet out to go potty, esp at night. This is a cute peoperty, but i was expecting to be able to at least have a place for our clothes and was disappointed by the experience. And when i called to tell them we were checking out early and that i was unhappy and wanted to talk to someone, they never called me back. I hate leaving less than five star reviews, but i also want future renters to know what to expect."
