「It was sad to see that the pool had been filled in but glad they kept the hot tub. Breakfast options are limited but it was nice to be able to take it and eat in our rooms. I would keep the AC on always. It acts as a white noise machine. The one day we had it off. You could hear everything in the rooms around you. Even someone’s alarm clock. The beds were comfy and it is a great location. You get what you would expect for a motel.」

Certain things broke or not working inside the room. (Blow dryer/tub overflow)
I could not eat at main restaurant, got told that they booked to large groups so I will need to go elsewhere for food (felt very unprofessional) and dismissed.
As a solo traveller felt my needs/wants were irrelevant because of catering to larger groups.
Poor communication
Lack of staff - could not utilize spa (was told it was busy season. So I should have booked in advance)...
