“We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. I was amazed how close it was to town & how the cabin was stocked with literally everything we needed from bathroom supplies to kitchen supplies. Someone could literally live there. I am happy we got in before prices go up for the busy season but I will definitely want to stay there again!! The beds weee SO comfortable I want the mattress in my house!!! Thank you!!!!”

“Property was beautiful, bed/bedding super comfy with goose down comforters, kitchen fully functional so we were able to prepare nice home cooked meals, conveniently located near a couple of grocery stores as well as the Redwood National Forest and quite a few beaches. Great space, super clean, spacious and comfortable, highly recommend!!!😁”

“We love this place, totally private and secret. John is the perfect host. The couple minutes it takes from town to the SBR… is amazing all by itself. The small secret beach was a bit slippery and muddy close to the bottom but we made it down. The deck is unbelievable and the room was really clean and nice. I would stay again.”

“We could not have asked for a better experience. Check in and out was seamless and the house was perfectly furnished with kitchen and comfortable bed and chairs to relax in and enjoy the view of the surrounding woods. Close enough for day trips to explore the Redwood forests and tide pools with our 11 month old. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to unplug.”

“It was a nice and different experience staying in the woods. Definitely not for people with kids under 15 as the loft and bedroom are in different cabins away from each other. The online description didn’t mention the compost toilet, which makes the pricing unfair. The price we paid was way to much for going through the hassle of composite toilet and the make shift Kitchenette. It was nice experience but not worth $ 400 + dollars for a night and the treehouse is just whatever. Won’t be back for……

“This property was beautifully kept, squeaky clean and well decorated! Lots of privacy and near the avenue of the redwoods, golf courses and close enough to town for anything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped, they have thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Great location. The cabin is next to some other cabins, not sure if they’re rentals, or other people who live on the property. So it wasn’t quite as private as I was anticipating. But over all it was a great place to stay for a few days. It might be a little tricky to find if you arrive after dark.”

“My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay in this cute place. It was very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed being able to hear the ocean at night with the window open. The beach is a longer walk from the property but the location is a great jump off point for many of the local beaches and forest access…. We did not get in until late and were very touched that the host had left lights on for us inside! We would definitely stay here on a return trip.”
