「What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!!
We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!」

Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.」

「A wonderful and spacious spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa and sauna areas are fantastic, with a variety of sauna rituals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we enjoyed every moment!」

「We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.」
