“This is a scam. We booked it, paid for it, and did our plan based on that. Once we arrived to the location there was no contact to reach and a guy on the street said the apartment already has residents that been there for a while. So looks like Expedia is a partner in scamming. By the way, no refund was issued and Expedia swys the booking is through another party ”
