Lovely Riad! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. You are offered a tray of mint tea and little snacks when you first arrive and when you come back after a long day in the Medina. Staff also helps you with suitcases to and from the nearest parking area. Great breakfast and they also have a bar.

The day before I left, I mentioned to an employee that I needed a taxi for my daughter and me to go to the airport the next day. He informed me that I'm asking too late and that I should have asked 2 days before leaving. An awkward exchange took place in which he tried to teach me that 'it doesn't work that way'.I would accept that at a 1 or 2 star property but not at a 5 star. Simply too many places to stay to accept that type of rude service.
