体验感最差、服务最差的一家酒店
酒店的环境和位置还可以，在古城里。但是服务实在 实在是太差了！早餐按预定的时间晚半小时，不急着赶车也就算了。我们请酒店帮忙订的送客运站私家车进不来古城的酒店，老板答应的很好，会派员工送我们去停车场跟私家车会合，到了时间又说不行。私家车也没有准时接我们。急得我们差点崩溃

Le personnel etait très gentil et accueillant, nous avons aimé notre expérience Hammam. La salle de bain pourrait être plus propre, le sol était mouillé en continue et elle sentait la moisissure. Sinon elle est situé très proche de la médina. Pratique pour vivre l'expérience Fès à fond malgré que nous avons trouvé les rues du coin malpropres.
