「Excellent 」

「分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 」

「在市中心，去景点很方便。前台非常友好，早晨精致。就是停车地点有点远，停车费有点贵」

「Perfect location」

「Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.」

「Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations.」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...

「I had the Tiny single room and it was great. Only complaint was the weight scale dint work but I was surprised it had one. 」

「Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. 」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature. Asked many times to fix it or change rooms, neither of which happened. The entire hotel also smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. 」

「The hotel is very close proximity to the old market/bazar. Just come out and take a left and climb the stairs and get down on the other side. You are in the centre, river, monuments, and all related places along with restaurants are there. The taxi from airport cost 1,000 Macedonia Denar equivalent to 17 Euro. 「The room was big and clean. Staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the speed of internet. Also breakfast was very repetitive.」
