「An amazing place for those who appreciate the little details! Everything was brand new, spotless, high-tech, and fully automated. There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! Communication with the host was excellent, with an exceptional level of availability via WhatsApp — unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.」

「Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe.

「This was a perfect location for our trip to Lake Garda. We had a car so it was easy to access Desenzano historic centre, grocery stores and train station. The property was quiet and had good parking. Unfortunately our rental was too big to get it easily into the underground parking but there was plenty of on-street free parking during out trip in June.」

"From the moment I arrived for check-in, Alexandra welcomed me with exceptional professionalism and warmth. After a long journey, she efficiency, clear guidance, and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel at home. What truly set my experience apart, however, was how Alexandra handled a challenge I encountered during my stay. Alexander's ability to handle unexpected situations with such grace, attentiveness, and efficiency reflects the highest standards of your hotel's hospitality. Thanks to his dedicated assistance, what could have been a highly stressful situation was turned into a seamless and wonderful experience. Please convey my sincere thanks to Alexandra. She is a tremendous asset to your team. I will certainly choose your hotel again for my future visits and will highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues."
