“The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils”

“Never stay here Horrible”

“The property is in a nice location. We walked to Sunset Cliffs every day. It doesn’t have a cook top stove/oven as stated in the description. It doesn’t have a microwave combo oven air fryer. We only used it as a microwave. The window air conditioner works much better when taken off eco mode. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location for dog beach!”

“The property was very clean and nice. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!”

“We have come here for years. We love it! Wonderful place with everything you need! So close to the beach, shops , and restaurants! You don’t have to drive the entire time unless you want to because it is all a close walk! The owner is a doll and very responsive if you need something. Thank you again!”

“Excellent location on the boardwalk. The home is well stocked and accommodated our family seven with ease. All of the extra beach equipment, bicycles, scooters, etc. were fantastic and put to much use. Communication with the host was excellent and all expectations were clear and reasonable. Thanks for a great week.”

“Exactly as described, clean and was in walking distance of most shops. Definitely would recommend!”

“If I could give negative stars I would. I attempted to check into this property with a car full of kids after driving 5.5 hours and I could not get into the the house. The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open. As a fellow Airbnb host myself, I am familiar with the Shlage keyless entry system and I thought perhaps the housekeepers had accidentally locked the deadbolt. So I went……

“This incredibly charming guest room never felt anything but a private cozy hideaway. With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter……

“This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!”
