“Absolutely perfect for our week for getting 26 members of our family together.The communication with Laila was great. She answered all our questions swiftly and dealt with any issues we had promptly. The house, gardens and swimming pool are very well maintained and the house was spotless on arrival. The family spent a lot of time in the large, warm pool. Every unit had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. All in all a wonderful week. ”

“This property is stellar, the views are incredible, and there is plenty of space. A few things need work - the stairs are creaky and a bit loose, the bug screens on windows need to be replaced, the chairs outside need some fixing and a few more supplies (coffee cups, kitchen towels) could be more abundant. That being said the property is worth it for the view alone. One thing to note - it is very steep in the area so those with mobility issues may struggle a bit. We enjoyed it and thought it was……

“Our room was very nice. There is no elevator, so you do have to haul luggage up the stairs (our room was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Offsite parking is 2 blocks away, but very convenient. There are several dining options close by and everything was very walkable. Highly recommend the hotel.”

“Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us.
