“From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff.”

“The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. “Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza.”

“The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because……

“This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.”

“Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. “Pros: Great location, clean and attractive common areas, and very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet, food in Ibiza is not great. Cons: Pool and bar close early, rooms have a musty smell, bathrooms feel dated, shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making showers uncomfortable, mattresses are very firm, AC controls are difficult to see, and the mini fridge barely keeps items cool.
