The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is just along the coast where you can see thousands of migrating birds including the very popular puffins. Bayside makes a great base to visit the North York Moors National Park, the Yorkshire Wolds and the east coast. The medieval city of York is only an hour away by car, Beach 600 yards.
